The material can be further upgraded with cooling, moisture-wicking, and antibacterial finishes, or paired with PU film lamination to create richer textures and elevated visual appeal.
The reclaimed garment yarn is sourced from used clothing collected by licensed recyclers in Taiwan. After removing buttons, zippers, and trims, the garments are manually sorted based on polyester content before being chopped, opened, and combed into fibers, then spun into short-staple polyester yarn. All processes are traceable and GRS-certified.
