We’re proud to announce that the Tiong Liong Jiutian Education Foundation, in partnership with the Society of Wilderness (SOW), will once again lead the annual Fazih River Cleanup—a meaningful event dedicated to protecting the environment through real, hands-on action.
This initiative reflects our ongoing ESG commitment to environmental protection, as we take tangible steps to restore the land and bring nature back to its purest state.
Every year, volunteers join us to pick up countless plastic bottles, straws, and food wrappers scattered along the riverbed area.
It’s a powerful reminder of how much our daily choices affect the planet.
The truth is, these pollutants come from everyday moments—a plastic bag casually thrown away, or an afternoon rain washing cigarette butts and bottles down the street.
They flow through gutters, drains, and rivers, eventually reaching the ocean and disrupting the delicate balance of our ecosystem.
Now is the time to act. Spots are limited, and we welcome everyone who cares about nature and sustainability to sign up and be part of the change.
Participants will receive an exclusive event T-shirt and a cap!
